Net-a-Porter purchases!

Here are my shoe purchases on Net-a-Porter which is on sale at the moment and there are further reductions on some items. I love to spend more but my budget only allows for these three shoes which are supposed to be "everyday" shoes. A big lie since none of them are very comfortable to wear for more than ten minutes! haha

So here is what I bought......
Miu MiuCanvas and wooden block-heel sandals

MarniSatin bow slingbacks

Pedro GarciaTamira suede wedge sandals

I was hoping the Pedro Garcia wedges would be comfortable but they are so not! But they do make my legs look long and skinny (they are definitely on the short and stumpy side) so I will save it for occasions where I don't walk...at all! haha

I have yet to try the other two shoes but I am pretty sure it will not be practical for going out with baby. I have a fear of stacking it with my heels with baby in my arms. So I stick to flats for now!

I bought a pair of flats from witchery after walking down the mall in those wedges. I'm sure people were looking at me and thinking why this girl is walking like a pigeon?

Darcy Moc Flats from Witchery

Yay for flats!

Shoe Upgrade @ Nine West

I went for lunch with my sister the other day and I was wearing my Joveeba leggings with my Birkenstocks sandals (which I thought was passable!) and straight away she made me buy new shoes!

Here is what she recommended I buy from NINE WEST to replace my good ol' Birkenstocks!

Damrie2

Gridlock

They were both on sale and really comfortable to wear! Makes me feel great when I buy a nice pair of shoes. They are the last thing I think about when I put on an outfit and I always ruin the whole look by wearing really daggy shoes for the sake of comfort! I do have a baby to carry around already! haha But I am still wearing my Birkenstocks on some occasions- just not when I see my sister. Fashion Nazi she is!

Kate Spade Shoes & My Quick Getaway

These would be perfect shoes for my bridesmaids...if only they didn't cost a bomb! Super sad! It's actually a purple eggplant version of my wedding shoes! Mine are a pair of red ones which you might have seen in a previous post on my shoe collection:)

And aren't these so cute? I want to use this for our wedding:) It goes well with the Alice in Wonderland theme....aarrgghh stressing now! I will be away for the long weekend and it's all just for wedding planning....I should be excited but at the moment I am more tired and stressed than anything else. I am going to pick up my wedding dress too....lesson learnt: Don't rush into buying your dress too early! It cost me a lot and I saw better ones for rental which are brand new as well! It makes sense, what do people do with their wedding dresses afterwards? My sis wants to dye hers and make it into a dinner gown and use the rest to make baby clothes....hmmm where did she get that idea from?!

I wish everyone a great weekend:)

Hopefully I get some shopping done in between the wedding planning rush! Now I'm feeling so much happier just thinking about it:) hehe

Shoes Shoes Shoes!

I love to buy shoes! It's quite expensive to buy in Perth so I usually save it for my holiday trips overseas and then I go crazy at the shoe stores. I find its so much cheaper and so much more variety out there! Anyway I love my ballet flats and anything comfortable. I actually wear these more than my heels. Below here are my flat shoes. I love patterns and bows:)

The shoes I put in a big box (from IKEA) are ones that I don't wear much anymore. But still good enough to keep them.

The pretty heelsI leave then on a shelf so I can see what I have! I sometimes forget that I have some pretty heels somewhere:) Some I haven't even worn yet. Just no occasion to wear to and no outift to wear them with! But I will exercise them soon!

I am still deciding on my wedding shoes. I have to choose between a red pair or my Alannah Hill shoes. I think wearing red is a bit different. However, my first choice is the Alannah Hill shoes. Maybe I change my mind again later on! No one sees your shoes anyway but I still want to wear something nice underneath the layers of clothing!
If you have a shoe collection you wanna share please let me know! I love looking at people's shoe collections!
My wish is to own a room top to bottom full of shoes! Heaven!
