Shoes Shoes Shoes!

I love to buy shoes! It's quite expensive to buy in Perth so I usually save it for my holiday trips overseas and then I go crazy at the shoe stores. I find its so much cheaper and so much more variety out there! Anyway I love my ballet flats and anything comfortable. I actually wear these more than my heels. Below here are my flat shoes. I love patterns and bows:)

The shoes I put in a big box (from IKEA) are ones that I don't wear much anymore. But still good enough to keep them.

The pretty heelsI leave then on a shelf so I can see what I have! I sometimes forget that I have some pretty heels somewhere:) Some I haven't even worn yet. Just no occasion to wear to and no outift to wear them with! But I will exercise them soon!

I am still deciding on my wedding shoes. I have to choose between a red pair or my Alannah Hill shoes. I think wearing red is a bit different. However, my first choice is the Alannah Hill shoes. Maybe I change my mind again later on! No one sees your shoes anyway but I still want to wear something nice underneath the layers of clothing!

My wish is to own a room top to bottom full of shoes! Heaven!

Review: Korres Wild Rose Foundation

Yay! I get to use my new Korres Wild Rose foundation today before I head out for work. I am still suffering from bruises all over my body and a huge blister on my feet kept awake all night! But I woke up this morning with a smile because I got something new to try :P

I use the colour in WRF2 and I started by applying with my stippling brush but its very difficult to apply since this foundation dries very quickly. So I changed and used my fingers instead. The liquid was easy to blend with fingers and the finish was really smooth, matte and not cakey! Which is what I wanted! This product goes well on its own and I didn't even need to powder my face which I usually do with my BB creams. So this is great! I love it so far and now I just have to see if it makes me break out! I hope not :( Just make sure you blend really well as it will leave tell tale streaks especially around the jawline and around the nose.

Today's Ups & Downs

Let's start with the good things for today...

Firstly, just wanna say Happy Birthday to three gorgeous girls Mel, Gin & my sis Sharon! Thanks Gin for the lurrveeely party at your booootifull new house! :P Will show you how to roll sushi one day!

Sssshhhh....These are my secret purchases today- Jemma Kidd Pro Finish Moisture Tint * Korres Wild Rose Foundation. I needed to find some sheer foundations for the day. I find that the ones I am using-including the BB creams are too cakey for day. Or maybe I just have a heavy hand when it comes to application. So maybe something more light will be better! If you have used these products please leave a comment! I can't wait to try these:)

I had a quick lunch after work at one of my favourite Korean restaurant- Toobegi? Hope I spelt it right! This is a hot dish- one slurp of this soup sent me into a coughing fit! But it tastes soooo gooooodd! Yum Yum! Totally regret this afterwards when I played Netball!

Here is the bad.....

I was asked to play Netball for my sister's team "The Gems"! I didn't mind since I needed to get some exercise anyway. I only had to play for an hour with five min breaks in between....but my oh my...I am so unfit! The first 5 mins of the game I was already huffing and puffing. By the second quarter I was ready to drop dead. I could feel the Korean food inside my stomach churning and kinda made me feel a bit sick. The other girls were getting scared...honestly I looked like I was about to faint! Haha I had a head on collision with a girl from the other team. She said she bit her tongue. Me on the otherhand got a knock to my cheek bone and ear. I was a bit dazed but we played on anyway. The result of that game- Yes we Won!!! The other result- I got a massive blister on my feet and found a bruise on my cheek and my hand and my thigh. Me so clumsy!

So that was my bad ending to my day. Tomorrow morning till be another story when I wake up and my whole body will feel like I ran a marathon! But it was all fun!

Couple Dressing

There are several instances where me and Kenny get dressed and we end up choosing something similar and/or in the same colour scheme ie. blue jeans & white tshirt with our runners. My sis calls it the "Jerry Seinfeld" look! It's totally embarrassing when we get dressed in a hurry and only to realise later after we're out of the house that we're both wearing stripes and also wearing birkenstock shoes. He thinks its cute and even "Cool".....I, on the otherhand will keep my jacket on (or off) so we don't look like twiddle dee and twiddle dum. Not romantic at all!

Summer's Giveaway- My Bag Collection

Here is my entry into Summer's Giveaway!

I have a very small bag collection since I am not really a bag collector. I tend to carry a lot of things and I find it hard to transfer all my crap from one bag to another. I always forget something important- like my house keys! I end up waiting outside my own house till someone can let me in! So let's go through the collection- can't really say "collection" really since its so small but anway.....

The above bags were all given to me as gifts! Lucky I get them as gifts otherwise I would only own like three bags! I have one designer purse from Gucci (the one in black) and it was from all my girlfriends! But I could never spend a few hundred dollars on a lil purse- it's crazy! But thank you to my friends who got me a decent night purse. I use it alot for dinners etc!

My other designer bag from my fiance. ( I own only 2 designer bags including the Gucci one) It's Louis Vuitton and he picked it out himself:) I wouldn't normally choose this type of bag if I could afford one but since it's from him I love it anyway!

My favourite everyday bag from Oroton! I got this in Sydney last year during the Boxing Day sales. Had to line up to get into the Oroton store but it was worth it! I was eyeing this bag already from outside the shop window and was praying no one would buy it before I did. It was $400 on sale which is quite a lot of money to spend on a bag- for me anyway! But it was leather and in my fave chocolate brown colour and it has some many compartments outside and inside tha bag. Plus it was the perfect size- not too small and not too big. I will cry when I have to replace it because its not often I fall in love with a bag!

This red bag is from Ginger & Smart and I bought it online on sale:) I loved the shape and the colour of the bag- it's like a cherry red! Comes with a lil cute mirror too! I go shopping with this bag all the time since it's lighter than my Oroton bag.

Haha...this isn't a bag at all but it's my favourite shop bag! So cute!

And to answer your question Summer: I thought you looked like a such a cutie and so generous and helpful with your service to help people like me buy things they can't get in Singapore! And you also gave some great advice with my shopping trip to Singapore and I am forever grateful! Thanks so much:)

Age is just a number so I say you are my number 1 favourite blogger! Is that good enough? ehhe

Review: Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask

This is my favourite mask at the moment. It's a best seller from The Face Shop and it was the first product they recommended to me. I bought it for $31.90 (Singapore Dollors). I never usually put on a mask before I sleep so this was a bit different.

The instructions says to put it on twice a week after your usual beauty routine (after your moisturiser) and you don't need to rinse it off. That's great- I am lazy to rinse my face! I must add that it smells so delicious:) Not really like raspberries but it does have a nice, refreshing scent and its great for bedtime

The lotion comes out clear in a pump bottle so you don't contaminate the product with fingers. When you apply it all over it dries quickly and there is no sticky residue. When you wake up in the morning your skin feels naturally soft and smooth! I wish I can use this everyday!

The mask is supposed to lift the skin, tighten pores and hydrate the skin. Not sure about the first two claims but I definitely feel its softer and smoother in the mornings:)

I would recomment this to people who don't like rinse off masks and I would definitely buy this again!

MAC Angel Lippie

So I depotted some of my MAC eyeshadows into my small little palette of 8- I really need to get bigger palettes! But before I go on a depotting frenzy I just wanted to check if the local MAC store will still accept empty eyeshadow pots without the silver base in their Back2Mac program and get a free lippie:) Yay! They do! Double Yay! So now I have to set aside a day to do some serious depotting of all my MAC shadows and get some big palettes! Anyone know where to get some besides Coastal Scents?

Anyways, just sharing with you what lippie I got, it's quite a pretty colour in "Angel". I like it! I know lots of people love this colour so couldn't wait to get it:) Hmmmm...need to shake up my makeup a bit- looks the same in all my photos! :P

Welcome to the world of Kikki.K!

The first store opened in Perth and I could have spent a whole day in the shop. It makes me feel like organising my stuff! Typically, I only had ten minutes to take a look around so I bought a wedding planner file and a notebook! Total impulse buys because I was stressing out about my wedding last night and couldn't sleep a wink! So many things to do and I didn't know where to start! I thought this was meant to be fun:((((
